Cozonac
Cozonac is a traditional Romanian sweet bread. Rich, soft, and beautifully marbled with swirls of walnut, sugar and egg whites. Made from an enriched dough with eggs, butter, and milk, it has a light, fluffy texture and a delicately sweet, aromatic flavour. Baked into tall loaves with a golden crust, cozonac is a staple for holidays like Easter and Christmas, symbolizing celebration and togetherness. Alongside our classic loaves, we also offer walnut spirals—smaller, individually portioned versions with the same rich flavour and tender crumb.
